I am looking at a lot of party options for my child. Why Should I choose ClimbZone?

ClimbZone is dedicated to offering safe, fun and affordable parties to kids of all ages. ClimbZone has been in business for over 4 years and has hosted thousands of Birthday Parties and Special Events. We strive to provide a stress-free service, experience and lasting memories to our customers.

What an I allowed to bring to the party? What do I need to bring?

Feel free to bring a Birthday Cake, cupcakes or cookies, candles, presents, and birthday child! We allow outside food, so don’t forget to order or bring food for all your guests!

Can I bring my own decorations, plates and napkins?

Yes, if you would like to bring your own decorations or themed decorations, plates, and napkins, you are more than welcome to do so!

Is there a place to put presents?

Yes, in the Party Rooms we have tables for presents.

What types of payment do you accept at ClimbZone?

We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards.

Do you have food and drinks available?

Yes, we sell a variety of light snacks, ice cream and cold beverages. We also allow you to bring in outside food, whether you are having a birthday party in one of our party spaces, or if you just want to bring a lunch.

Do we get a party hose with the party table?

Yes, you will have a Party Host that will take care of everything you need. They will also be assisting other parties at the same time, similar to a waiter/waitress environment. If you are interested in a Private Host please contact us so we could offer you that option.

Does the minimum of 10 guests include the birthday child?

Yes, anyone who is climbing walls counts towards the 10. This includes the birthday party child and any parents who may be climbing too. We DO NOT charge for parents, grandparents or friends to stay and watch. You can BOOK A PARTY any time on our website and customize your party to meet your needs and budget.

Are children younger than 2 free with parties?

Yes. We do not charge for children younger than 2. Toddlers are welcome to climb and play in the soft play area as long as they are coming with a paid parent or sibling or part of a paying group.

Is there an age limit?

We have no age limits, in fact we have an area dedicated to ages 9 and under! Must be at least 48” for the Ropes Course and Sky Rider.

What are the waivers?

The waivers outline the risks associated with climbing on our climbing wall and ropes course. We require waivers to be filled out for each guest before they are allowed to climb or participate in any of our activities.

Waivers can be signed by clicking the SIGN  OUR WAIVER link at the bottom of the website.

How is my party ran? What is the schedule of the party?

Our staff will check you in, lead you to your party room and assist you and your guest to get into harnesses. You have the room for 2 hours for which you could have your party and your guests could climb our walls. After 2 hours we will clean up your room, however your guests are welcome to stay in our facility for 1 more hour.

What is the maximun number of guests I can have at our party?

We do not have a maximum but we would recommend no more than 30 people if you are concerned about seating at the table. If your party grows to larger than 30, we have 2 adjoining rooms that we could open up for you to host all your guests comfortably.

Do you do parties on weekdays?

 

Yes! We do parties 7 days a week! These are great for families who like the entire park to themselves! You can book a party any time online by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link at the top of the website.

 

How early can I arrive for my party?

We will start setting up your Party 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, so feel free to arrive around that time. If you arrive any earlier, your room or table may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours.

Can we bring our own pizza or outside food?

Yes! We allow all outside food to be brought in. Please do not bring alcohol, glass or stenos to warm up your food.

Is ice cream okay to bring?

Unfortunately we do not have a way to keep the ice cream from melting. We do however offer Soft Ice Cream for sale.

Can we bring our own drinks?

Yes! We allow outside food and drinks inside our facility. If you need additional drinks we offer soda, Gatorades and more. We also have water fountains.

What is your cancellation policy?

CANCELLATION POLICY
Birthday Parties & Team Events: There is a no cancellation fee if you cancel the party more than 7 days before the reservation date. Within 7 days of the reservation, the deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to reschedule your party for a later date we will work with you to re-schedule. Deposits are applied to the remaining balance at the end of the party.

Special Events: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book a special event. If you cancel your event you will forfeit the full deposit.

Weather: If acts of God or Weather cause the facility to close, your party will be re-scheduled. No refunds will be given due to weather or acts of God.

Can I come into the facility and reserve a group of tables to use for my own party without renting one of your party spaces?

Unfortunately, you cannot. We have limited open seating that cannot be held, but can certainly be used for a quick special snack. Balloons and personal decorations are not permitted in the café area.

Is there a place to eat inside if you bring a picnic lunch?

Yes. We have a small, clean café area open to those who either purchase entry as a walk-in or have come in with general reservations. Seating is available on a first come/first served basis. Because seating is limited, we ask that you are courteous of other guests and only use the tables for as long as it take you to enjoy a snack, a quick meal, or a cupcake. We offer plenty of cubbies and lockers to store your stuff, and there is comfortable seating throughout the facility, should you need to take a break.

Where can I get the waivers?

We recommend that parents sign waivers for their children on our website in advance so that it will automatically be in our system when they arrive. Every customer wishing to participate in our attractions is required to sign a waiver. Waivers only need to be signed once per year.

Can you pencil me in and hold that party spot so I can run the info over with my Husband/Wife, and give a call back to give you the deposit?

Unfortunately we cannot pencil anyone in because we are required to have a 50% deposit down to hold the spot. However as soon as you are ready to book, you can go online and book your party any time by clicking the BOOK A PARTY link!

What is a good tome to call in advanced for a party?

To ensure you get the time and date you prefer, we would recommend booking your party at least 3 weeks before the party. The easiest way to book a party is to book online through our website. Click the BOOK A PARTY link at the top of the site to book it.

I have some kids that are coming to our party that are very young, like 4 and under. Do we have to pay for them?

Any child older than 2 that is accessing any attractions, regardless of age, will need to be paid for.
